Delivery

The shipping costs around here are very simple. 

There’s a standard rate of £3.50. More than £25 in your basket? The shipping is free. 

Our bears are dispatched through Amazon’s fulfilment service, and will be dispatched within 24 hours. Expect them to arrive up to 5 working days after you order.

Our mugs are all made to order, and will be dispatched by Royal Mail within 5 days. Expect them to arrive up to 10 working days after you order.

Our cards will be dispatched within 2 days and will be dispatched by Guersney Post. Expect them to arrive up to 5 days after you order. 

We use different delivery services for our bears, mugs and cards, so if you order multiple things, expect them to arrive separately.
